What kind of images can I process with Dentomo?

Dentomo is able to automatically segment and identify pathologies and previous treatments from images obtained with CBCT machines in DICOM format. 

The process of loading images is very simple. Once we create a new patient or enter the section of a previously created one, we just need to click on the “Upload an image” button in the upper right section and decide whether to upload a single image in DICOM format or a folder with multiple images.  

The processing, segmentation, classification and report generation time varies depending on your internet connection speed, but with a standard connection the process takes from 30 seconds to 1 minute. 

Yes, as long as the image is in DICOM format, Dentomo will be able to process, point out and automatically generate the report with the summary of pathologies and previous treatments identified. 

Not at all. Dentomo is certified by the European Union as a class II A medical device and its only purpose is to support the professional at the time of diagnosis. The dentist will always have the last word, being able to edit the results offered automatically by Dentomo. 

Dentomo is able to identify 4 pathologies (impacted teeth, caries, abrasion and dystopia) and 8 previous treatments (implants, crowns, dental pins, fillings, partial fillings, brackets, retainers and bridges), all with an accuracy of over 90%.  

Yes, you only need to define the format in which you want to obtain the information provided by the Dentomo service: from the JSON file with the raw information to the report formatted in HTML or PDF format.
